About Matt

My name is Matt Shultz and I was elected and sworn in July of 2004 to the Bartow County School Board. I was re-elected for a four year term to run through December 2010. I am currently in the pharmaceutical sales industry and previously taught and coached at Cass High School where I graduated in 1991. I am a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and I received my Bachelors degree from the University of West Georgia. I earned a Master’s degree in Executive Leadership from Liberty University. My family and I attend Oak Leaf Church in Cartersville, Georgia and I am involved with several organizations focusing on education and community development.
