S2 Educational Consulting Group, LLC. was established in March 2011 by Founding Partners Matt & Stephanie Shultz. Matt is a certified teacher with over 15 years experience in Teaching, Leadership, Marketing, Small Business development & School/Non-Profit Board governance. Matt received a Master’s degree from Liberty University in Executive Leadership focusing on management, systems & planning.
After serving 2 terms on a local board of education Matt understands how crucial communication and board development are to the success of board members. Matt has also served on the Board of Directors for several non-profits throughout his professional career. Matt is ready to bring his wide range of public & private sector experience to help your organization succeed.
